I am looking for a partner(s) to help develop a new forum. This will not be a Gothic style dark theme targeting the over-saturated gamer market or anything like that. Need a clean looking (unique) professional site because the audience will be predominately well educated white males over 40 years old that have above average income.

There are NO forums serving the niche we will be targeting. Revenue will come from direct advertisements placed by companies that serve the target industry. Keep in mind this project will have to be developed over time after the site is live. If you have the skills and some free time on your hands this could be an excellent opportunity.

Earnings will be split evenly until a predetermined amount has been reached and then you can still be involved on a consulting basis as needed. Please PM me if interested.
