You have to modify ONLY the css not the template itself !

Find in the file /Themes/default/css/index.css this part:

/* The footer wih copyright links etc. */
#footer_section
{
text-align: center;
background: url(../images/theme/main_block.png) no-repeat 0 -820px;
padding-left: 20px;
}

change the text-align to left, save and releoad the page.

no there is theme, my forum is on http://ewpama.pl
on other theme all it's center but on two: Royal Flushand Game Bluer
