SMF 2.0 Beta 4

I want to show a Frontpage blocks in other areas such as on top of my forum and maybe unread post search. It is a php block but I cannot seem to see how to do this. I have played with the options in the Show or Hide the block on action but I just cannot seem to get it right :-[

I am not sure if I understand what I should do in that option. I highlight the areas I want it to show in, is this correct

Frontpage block shown ALWAYS only on the frontpage (as the name says).
You can move the block to the Top block .. these can shown on ALL situations.
