PortaMx v1.2 developed
« on: 27.06.11, 11:51:30 »
PortaMx v1.2 is a update for PortaMx v1.0 / v1.1. This release fixed all known bugs we found in v1.1.
The archive contains a update for v1.0, v1.1 and a full install package.
PortaMx releases older then 1.0 must uninstall before.

Fixed bug:
 # attachment not shown according the access rights
 # frontpage is shown on SimpleDesk standalone mode
 # added settings for SD standalone and the helpdesk action
 # inline images now can rescaled, removed or unchanged
 # disable HighSlide for posts / for images / both not works correctly
 # popups in the Manager not shown on use the admin screen sidebar
Many are stubborn in relation to the path, a few in relation to the target.

Where can I download it? Is it compatible with SMF version 1.1.14?

Hi,

My forum is smf 2.0 final.
Please guide me which Portamx version will be best suited for me?

To install PortaMx do I need to turn off the php safe mode ?
If so is there any alternative way for me to install ProtaMx without
turn off the php to safe mode ?

And another thing can I use other themes along with PortaMx portal ?

Thanking you.

If the install works with safemode, then do so, else turn off the safemode before install.
PortaMx works with all themes they designed for SMF 2.0 final.

Hi feline, unable to install in safe mode on. I have installed in safe mode off.
Protamx really amazing. What are all I expected it was there in protamx.

Very few wat I expected is not there. Recent post for community was not there.
The present recent post was suitable only for blocks in box type.

Recent post contains the details in single line along with no. of views and replies for a post is
most preferable for community header.

Other are really very gud and awesome.  O0 Thanks a lot for providing us.

I have a small issue, and I mentioned in this topic

I have uploaded 1.2 and 1.3 and tried both. Same problem

The 'add' buttons are working now but only shows 'half' of the 'pop-up box'. Cannot use the box.

I did clear cache. Use IE.

This is a new installation. No other mods installed

Yes, I did. I attached another image. It seems to me that if there is more 'info' below the box, the box opens perfect on top of it. Strange.

...just to test it again. I deleted v1.2 and installed v1.3

Cleared cache in IE and Firefox but the problem persist. Is there something else I can try? It's just very weird that you don't have problems in any browsers you are using. That means it must be a problem I have. Maybe I will try to update my Java installation?

Thanks for the help! I really want this mod to work...
