Is wedge.org the way to go ?
« on: 18.03.12, 20:03:34 »
Hi,
finally the
http://wedge.org/
team has installed their new SMF fork on their own servers.

But you still can not download.

Read here:

http://wedge.org/pub/6960/when-can-i-download-wedge-where-can-i-download-wedge/

Do you think WEDGE is the way to go, if you want to use
SMF with a build in Gallery and Portal system or will
simplemachines.org come out also with better SMF releases soon,
so that we can stay at
SMF / PortaMX for the next coming years ?

Any other FORK coming out soon, that we should keep an eye on ?

What is your view on this ?

Many thanls.

Regards, Stefan.

And here too:

But Wedge is probably the biggest one with the most new features...

We have no Interest to look at all the forks  ;D
SMF and PortaMx is a fantastic pair and how long SMF is developed also PortaMx for SMF is developed  O0
We will spend any Time in other Forum software ...
Many are stubborn in relation to the path, a few in relation to the target.
