PHP User Online "Action" block?
« on: 05 Nov 09, 05:36:57 »
Hi,

I'd like to discuss how to extract the Who's Online "Action" section into its own perhaps block.

It's like I wanted to use the SSI.php to produce who's online function to the outside page. This means I would only interested in the "Action" park which who's viewing what. Like what are people currently doing on my board on the outside page.

I m not sure if I am cleared enough. Please advise.

I dont know what you mean, but I'll try to help...
Just go here: /index.php?action=who and click the user/guest and you can see what they are viewing...

Well, let's try again.

Since no one has the answer to this so I need to try a different method.

How about when you click on the "User Online" link, I would like to stripped everything except the User Online table meaning all the blocks/menu/nav/everything gone! I just want to keep the who's viewing what table only. Can we do this?

Thanks.

You can hide all blocks/panels on the action 'who', but not headers, footers or menu.

If you want to make a "who" block. look at the code in Who.php and the template Who.template.php.
With a little bit php know how you can put that in a php block, but I can't say if that works correctly.
