I am getting this error when trying to upload pictures,

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /fckeditor/editor/filemanager/browser/default/browser.html on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I am not sure what to do about it.
I am currently using SMF 2.0 RC2 and PortaMx v0.971-2  could someone help me out please?

Check if the permission on all the folder and files is set correct..
